I was recently accepted into the prestigious Artists Of Texas and I am honored to be in the company of such fine artists. (No pun intended!)

As a result, I am included in an ad which will run in the March, 2010 issue of American Art Collector. Here is a copy of the ad. Watch for it!

I am now offering a limited amount of giclee prints on paper. These professionally produced prints are archival and are an excellent choice for patrons who cannot invest in original works.

Grandpa's Place

This is one of two paintings that sold last night. I am having a crazy good time with my palette knife. Used a combination of palette knife and brush when painting this. This scene makes me feel serene and takes me back to my childhood in rural Oklahoma. The buyer said that it reminded him of Wales. Art truly is universal.

This reminds me of landscapes I have seen many times in Oklahoma. It made me a little homesick while I was painting it.

It was done mostly with my new favorite tool, a palette knife.
